Once there was a war that nearly destroyed the Earth. The Federation, based in Europe was rebuilt, but it is in Asia where the Freiden appears to help the struggle. Garoad struggles with himself, trying to figure out whether just scaring the Federation with the satellite cannon was the right decision. Shagia and Olba are planning something evil now that they have found the location of the Freiden. The Gundams take out the mines in the minefield that they came across. Prince Willis and his representatives from Estardo want to meet with the Freiden to discuss possibly joining the counter-Federation operation. Estardo grants the crew three days to decide to leave or stay. Jamil has become more silent, and Ennil is being asked to join the Freiden. During a ride through the city, Estardo’s air raid siren goes on, as a bomber group flies and drops their payloads. After it is over with, the crew emerges from the shelters to see the horrible aftermath, deciding to join the operation. The Freiden becomes the star of hope for the operation to destroy the Federation airbase. Estardo’s MS lead the GDX on to its firing range. Ashtaron and Virsago lie in wait to attack Garoad. The Estardo King and Prince decide to negotiate with Federation should the operation succeed. The enemy pulls back and then attempts to flank the Alliance. Meanwhile, Garoad gets to his position, only to meet the Frosts. Because of the fighting, Garoad is unable to attack the airfield, and the rest of the crew has their hands full. Garoad is caught, but breaks free, breaking Ashtaron’s crab arms and stopping Virsago. It is just long enough to charge the GDX and fire on the base. The operation is a success, but at a large cost of life. General Lee of Estardo thanks the Freiden, while Ennil leaves the ship. The episode ends with the Frosts saying it will be a good match with the GDX next time.
